Les Miserables
Now I am really excited for the movie and I look forward to reading it now.In the trailer Anne Hathaway's singing is so emotional I nearly cried. It feels so real and genuine that I hope the movie is as impacting as the trailer.
The book I read previously was a good "intellectual scavenger hunt" called Angleology. As I read this book in preparation for the movie I hope to try to read a bit more of Anna Karenina although I'm quite sure I won't finish before the movie comes out. I'm a big fan of period pieces (Atonement, The Painted Veil, etc.) so I love when movies like this are made. For those who have not heard of Anna Karenina I will post the trailer below.
Are any of you fans of period pieces or excited for Les Miserables? Did Anne Hathaway's song leave you as emotional as me? And if you're not a fan of Kiera Knightly, why? Leave a comment below and tell me what you think of the trailer so far!
