Be in a movie AND get paid? Yes, Ma'am

There's some good news from me to you!

   If you don't know I live in Atlanta and am a junior in high school. A lot of movies and TV shows such as Teen Wolf, The Vampire Diaries, and a few movies have been filmed here. 

Well..

Ice Cube is shooting some of his movie "Ride Along" at my high school!! They came last Saturday and passed out forms( My AP Lit. teacher would not let me out..so I was extremely frustrated.) Anyways I ripped down one of the flyers that give information for wanting to be a part of the movie.

This is good news for those that are 18 and under and live in Atlanta! The information is in the picture I took above but if you cannot see that I will write it out below. One of the best things about this to me is that you are also paid! So you have the opportunity to be in a movie or at least see a real movie production and you can be paid. I know other movies are being shot right now and I have some great resources I'll link below that will give that sort of information. I'll also try to make another post for those that don't live in Atlanta         ( especially those in California,New York,etc.)

Squidoo Movie Extra

-This is the best movie extras resource if you live in Atlanta. It shows what has been films, what's being films  how much money you may make, and at the bottom are great links to casting websites,etc.  I would suggest going to this websites because it has all the links you could ever need.

CL Casting

-A good resource because it is on FB and gives you all the requirements for certain casting roles.

I'm very excited and will hopefully be a part of the movie, and those that live in Atlanta this is very exciting.

Later today be on the look for a Sarafina and hopefully Moonrise Kingdom review. Also I will start a separate page for TV an most definitely will review Sherlock and possibly Elementary if it tickles my fancy.
