*9.7/10
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________

This hands down has to be one of the best shows over. It's funny, emotional, has lots of action, and is clever in the idea of the story. It's funny and with the different personalities of the show it's always interesting. It is graphic in content and language a lot of times but the writing and characters make up for that.  Each of them have powers that relate to their personality. You have:

Nathan. He is the official unofficial leader and has the wildest personality. He is immortal, which definitely suits his personality since he lives recklessley.

Curtis. He used to be an athlete but blew it away and now has to do community service. He has the power to go back in time because he wishes he wouldn't have gotten in trouble with the law.

Simon. He is very quiet and lives a humble life with his parents. He can turn invisible because nobody ever pays attention to him.

Kelly. She is a chav( I do not know exactly what that means.) She is fiery person and can read peoples mind. It's mainly because she's a chav she wonders what people think about her most likely.

Alisha. She is more the womanizer and her power includes people lusting for her.She "gets around" which is why her power is a bit perfect for her.

The show.. you just have to watch it because it's that great. The only reason I give it .2 points off is because Robert Sheenan left.

Overall: Watch it. Everyone excluding young children. Just watch it. Go and watch. It's that great.

Wild About Movies

Wild About Movies

This is also a great resource for those that want those movie screenings! They have a list of the current movies and all you have to do is click grab passes to see if your city is listed. If so you can go and see the movie before it hits theaters!

If you don't see your city you can click the CLICK HERE sign to RSVP for your city. It's a pretty decent website. I do not like all the ads on the page and they don't have Atlanta that often, however they have a lot of movies and cities that are all around the US. I even got tickets for Cloud Atlas but it's rated R so I couldn't go.

However check this site out.

Something to Tickle your Fancy

An interesting video to tickle your fancy.

What do you think?

The Host,Oz The Great And Powerful & Other Trailers

One thing that I LOOVEE about going to the movies is being able to watch the previews! Whenever I go to the movies with my friends I'm paranoid about being there early because I do not want to miss them. Sometimes they go on too long like when I went to see Breaking Dawn Part 2, but usually their a joy! So I've made a list of movies I'm excited to see. I will make more in the future especially because I love seeing older films or their are movies that are not well publicized but are great as well.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________

The Host-

I'm pretty excited for this movie mainly because Sairose Ronan is my favorite actress. I do plan on  reading the book as well since I've heard from my sister that it's good and not like Twilight.

The Wizard of Oz-

I must admit I've never been a big fan of the Wizard of Oz but this has changed my mind. I hope that it'll live up to trailer because maybe this will change my opinion of the movie.

Now You See Me-

This includes a heist and illusions? Oh, hell yes ma'am.

Beautiful Creatures-

I know you all are thinking eww another teen movie BUT. I feel with this movie because it's southern it's a new twist to something we already know. So do budge this one away. I also do plan on reading this book, lol. I feel by reading the book it gives you a full sense of the story. But geesh I have so many books to read and now there's one more added.

If you guys have anything to say about these movies comment! Or if their are some movies you're interested in list 'em! I'll add it to my next list!

Breaking Dawn Part 2

Director: Bill Condon
Producer: Stephenie Meyer, Karen Rosenfelt, Wyck Godfrey
Starring: Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner
*5.6/10
______________________________

I must admit when Twilight first came out I rushed into reading the books and really loved it. I thought it was interesting, deep, and super cool. However, after seeing them again once Eclipse came out I realized how horrible they actually were. Most of the movies are just awkward stares, conversations, and Taylor taking his shirt off. Aside from that their was no real substance to the movie.

After seeing Part 2 this Saturday that still holds true. If I had to sum of the movie in one sentence it would be this: It's a bit better. The movie is still not good but overall I liked this movie more than any other one. I believe the main aspect that saved this movie was the fighting and plot twist at the end  with the inclusion of Bella not being no awkward this time. The fight scene was pretty cool and exciting. In the movie theater people had all sorts of reactions like Aghh!! No!!! And  of course clapping. The plot twist was amazing and made the movie a lot better. If it weren't for that I wouldn't like it as much to be honest.

Overall: If you love the Twilight movies/ books, Taylor Lautner, Team Edward/Jacob, or like making fun of the movie watch it. Other than that there's not much to the movie.

Unfortunately, there's a "Monster in Paris"

Director: Bibo Bergeron
Producer: Luc Besson
Starring: Vanessa Paradis, Matthieu Chedid
Plot:Paris, 1910. Emile as shy movie projectionist, and Raoul, a colorful inventor, find themselves embarked on a hunt for a monster terrorizing citizens.
*10/10
____________________________________________________________________________________________

There are so many things to say and so many feels for this movie it's not even funny. I simply Adore this movie to maximum capacity. I truly do. This movie is wonderful and although it is an animation I believe adults can even enjoy this. As you know I am not one who is really into movie animations, but this movie has peaked my interest a lot more. The reasons this movie is great is because of the story and fun adventure they go on. They travel around Paris trying to catch this "monster" that is not as evil as they thought. Including that, their is some singing in the music that is wonderful. For the English version of the movie they even have Sean Lennon singing the part of the flea and does a great job.
The graphics in this movie is clear and fluid. This movie does have a feel of Beauty and the Beast a little  bit as well. Belle, but in this case Lucille is able to see past the flea and once she hears his beautiful music realizes he is not as horrifying as he looks. This is a must-see movie and if you are concerned about it being foreign they have an English version.

Overall: This movie is great for anybody and for all ages. It's great and will lave you speechless. 'Nuff said.
Here are some great songs from the movie.(A bit of a spoiler but must see!)

Sherlock

Creator: Steven Moffat, Mark Gattis
Starring: Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman, Mark Gattis,Rupert Graves, Andrew Scott, Una Stubbs,Vinette Robinson,Louise Brealey
Genre: Crime Drama
*10/10
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________

One word: Brilliant.
I am completely in love with the new Sherlock Holmes. He is witty, blunt, quirky, and truly embodies who Sherlock is. His right-wing, Watson, is also as great with his performance. He's your typical everyday man who is funny and caring. I think the show hits gold with the new Sherlock because it's the first show where you see Sherlock in modern day. The Sherlock Holmes movies with Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law are fantastic, but with this new perspective it's more delightful because we live in this age!
The show also hits gold with the recreation of his nemesis Moriarty. Moriarty. Moriarty. He is psycho, deluded, and so entertaining. He's one of those crazy criminals that would dress up in their prom outfit while heading to prison. He loves entertaining himself with schemes especially when he's bored, just like Sherlock.

However humorous things get the show is brilliant with how the murders happen, and bringing classic Sherlock stories like Hounds of Baskerville and Scandal in Belgravia into modern times. The show is written well, has lots of action, and toys with your mind a little bit as well.

Overall: If you want to see Sherlock in modern times, want a bit of a thriller, or love all BBC entertainment as I do check it out! And even if you're not still check it out.

Do You Wanna Take A Heist?

There's always one movie genre that's a guilty pleasure for everyone.
Mine happens to be heist.
I love watching the characters think like masterminds and actually craft together a genius or sucky plan. It gets my adrenaline going and next thing I know I'm thinking of the nearest bank and rich person within a five mile radius. I know heist are illegal, morally wrong, and downright mean, but they are fascinating to me. Here is a list of some of my favorite heist movies.
+ I will be adding more as I see more of these genres.
So let's get started!

Ocean's Thirteen

I love the Ocean's series but this one is my favorite partially because I saw this one first. I love that George Clooney's character can mastermind the whole scheme perfectly and each person's role. Maybe it's because I like teamwork or revenge, but every character has an interesting and quirky role. Their are also a lot of memorable quotes and scenes.

Favorite Quote:
Rusty Ryan(Brad Pitt): Are you alright?
Danny Ocean(George Clooney): Yea, um, I just bit into a pepper.
Rusty Ryan: Is that..are you...are you watcing Oprah?

Favorite scene:
Virgil Malloy( Casey Affleck) and his brother Turk Malloy(Scott Cann): Evict the hotel reviewer.Priceless.

_________________________________________________________________________________

Sugar and Spice

Ahh. A group of teenage cheerleaders decide to rob a bank after the leader becomes pregnant. How can you not love this movie? With all the early 2000's clothing, thick cell phones, cheesy teen music, and humor. It's incredibly funny and I can never get tired with it. Especially since each one has their own flair:

Lisa- Is always angry and jealous of the head cheerleader
Diane- Is the lead cheerleader and super popular. She becomes pregnant and after watching a movie with Keanu Reeves decides robbing a bank is the best decision to provide for her baby.
Cleo- Can she not be more in love with Conan O'Brien?
Kansas-She's an angry redhead with a lot of spunk.
Hannah-She's a goody two shoes saint.
Lucy-The brain
Fern- The daughter of the "Exterminator"
Jack-The charming quarterback.

Favorite Quote(s):
Diane: Morning Sunshine, remember, these are the best days of your life so far.
Hannah: I'm only allowed to watch G-rated movies.

Favorite Scenes/Movie Moments:

_________________________________________________________________________________

Tower Heist

Sure it wasn't the greatest movie in a few ways. It was predictable and it wasn't an original storyline. However, I think the movie shines in the personality of two characters.

Casey Affleck(Charlie) and Matthew Broderick(Mr. Fitzhugh). I personally think they outshine the others although they don't get the credit they deserve. It was overall a "good" movie and I got good laughs throughout it. The plan wasn't great but the journey they went through was perfect for me.

Favorite Quote:
Slide(Eddie Murphy): You the little seizure boy having seizures all the time

Favorite Scenes

_________________________________________________________________________________

HeartBreakers

Now, this technically isn't a heist movie but they do steal money from people. It's a mother/daughter duo who seduce rich men and take their money. It's incredibly funny and interesting the story that is woven. It's funny, charming, and definitely will keep you entertained.
I haven't watched it in a while so I can't exactly remember or find scenes from YT but if you check out the trailer you'll get a taste of the movie.

Come on and be "Brave"

Directors: Mark Andrews, Brenda Chapman
Producer: Katherine Sarafian
Starring: Kelly Macdonald, Julie Walters, Billy Connolly, Emma Thompson, Kevin McKidd, Craig Ferguson, Robbie Coltrane
* 8/10
_________________________________________________________________________________

The other day I had the pleasure of watching Brave with my younger sister. I must say I'm not a big fan of animated movies but I have made my exceptions for movies like: The Incredibles, A Monster in Paris, Monster's Inc. and a few others. However I really enjoyed watching the movie and even while the movie was being advertised I was interested.
Some people do think their are too many princess movies where the princess is the stereotypical damsel in distress and that she should be stronger. It doesn't mean she should be visibly strong but also strong in her morals and independent in her decisions. It means she shouldn't have to wait for someone to help her but have the willingness to achieve that on her own.  Therefore I can truly sum up my feelings of Brave in this one sentence: It's inspiring, funny and a bit life changing.
I really loved the fact that the princess was not American because it made the film more interesting. Also I really like Scotland because my favorite actor is Scottish. I also really enjoyed her strength and determination for creating her own path and destiny. That was the whole premise of the movie and I think it excellently showed in the movie. She made sure she wasn't forced to be married and when her mother was turned into a Bear she found a way to solve it on her own. Not only was she physically capable she was smart enough to overcome her pride and do what was right.
The graphics were also beautiful especially with her red curly hair! Her brothers were adorable and there was a bit of humor that counterbalanced with the moral of the movie. It was fun to watch, thrilling in a kids way, and taught you something important.

_________________________________________________________________________________

Overall: This is a great solid movie for all ages. It is fun, a little raw, and teaches a great lesson. It's also fantastic for young girls because it shows that you do not have to wait for someone to save you because you are capable of achieving it yourself. If you have kids, want to see a strong girl, or love red curly hair check it out!

*SN: Always feel free to comment whenever whatever I would love to hear your input.

Elementary, My Dear Watson

Creator: Robert Doherty
Starring: John Lee Miller, Lucy Lui, John Michael Hill, Aidan Quinn
Genre: Crime Drama
*6.5/10
_______________________________________________________________________________

I am trying to be unbiased as I can because I did see the BBC Sherlock first and am in love with the show. The other day I finally got around to watching Elementary and watched the Pilot and the second episode. If I were to sum up my feelings for the show in a sentence it would be this:

It's not up to par yet.

Let me explain.
I thought that with Watson now being a woman instead of man that it would something special especially considering that she's a minority. However when I was watching it all I could see was the "mimicking" of the BBC version. Of course they cannot change Sherlock into an entire new character, but I was expecting him to be familiar yet "fresh". He has the same quirkiness as Benedict Cumberbatch and Robert Downey Jr's. Sherlock portrayal but he isn't quite special. With Benedict Cumberbatch his version is quite blunt, abrasive, and a bit allusive. Robert Downey Jr.'s version is jumpy, enthusiastic, and entertaining. Maybe it's because I have only seen two episodes that I haven't seen enough of his character but it's OK.

Lucy Lui's portrayal of Watson, to me, is a bit awkward. She is a fantastic actress but so far I haven't been able to warm up to her character. I must say that I do find her background story interesting and different from the other Watson's and I love the way she dresses. I think it will take more time to get used to her being Watson possibly because she is a woman.

YES. It may seem as if I'm bashing the show but their are two aspects I do enjoy right now. I like how this version isn't purely the Sherlock stories and is focused of general crime as well. I like the music which is important for me because if a scene is intense, moving, or funny it must have the right music.

________________________________________________________________________________

Overall: If you like crime, wit, Sherlock, NYC, and learning new things it's the show for you. OR if you loved the BBC version and cannot wait until 2013 for Season 3 this show will curve your appetite.

Be in a movie AND get paid? Yes, Ma'am

There's some good news from me to you!

I took this picture using my phone on my bed.
Please excuse the crumpled-up-ness, it was beneath some binders.

If you don't know I live in Atlanta and am a junior in high school. A lot of movies and TV shows such as Teen Wolf, The Vampire Diaries, and a few movies have been filmed here.

Well..

Ice Cube is shooting some of his movie "Ride Along" at my high school!! They came last Saturday and passed out forms( My AP Lit. teacher would not let me out..so I was extremely frustrated.) Anyways I ripped down one of the flyers that give information for wanting to be a part of the movie.

This is good news for those that are 18 and under and live in Atlanta! The information is in the picture I took above but if you cannot see that I will write it out below. One of the best things about this to me is that you are also paid! So you have the opportunity to be in a movie or at least see a real movie production and you can be paid. I know other movies are being shot right now and I have some great resources I'll link below that will give that sort of information. I'll also try to make another post for those that don't live in Atlanta         ( especially those in California,New York, etc.)

On the flyer:
Who:Ages 16-18
Where: Grady High School
How: Email your photo, age, and phone #
Email: RA.GradyExtras@gmail.com
How Much: $12 per hour
When:November 21,2012

Other Resources for film extras in Atlanta:

-This is the best movie extras resource if you live in Atlanta. It shows what has been films, what's being films  how much money you may make, and at the bottom are great links to casting websites, etc.  I would suggest going to this websites because it has all the links you could ever need.

-A good resource because it is on FB and gives you all the requirements for certain casting roles.

I'm very excited and will hopefully be a part of the movie, and those that live in Atlanta this is very exciting.
Later today be on the look for a Sarafina and hopefully Moonrise Kingdom review. Also I will start a separate page for TV an most definitely will review Sherlock and possibly Elementary if it tickles my fancy.

Have a great day and if you have anything to say always feel free to comment!

Delicious Addiction Two: Thank Grimm it's Friday

Creator: Stephen Carpenter, David Greenwalt, and Jim Kouf
Starring: David Giuntoli, Russel Hornsby,Bitsie Tulloch, Silas Weir Mitchell, Sasha Roiz, Reggie Lee, Bree Turner, and Claire Coffee
Genre: Horror, Mystery, Fantasy Procedural
*8/10
____________________________________________________________________________________

The second installment of Delicious Addiction is Grimm, and I sure do thank Grimm it's Friday. It follows Nick(David Giuntoli), his partner Hank(Russel Hornsby), his girlfriend Juliette(Bitsie Tulloch), his Blubot neighbor Monroe(Silas Weir Mitchell), and his boss Captain Renard( Sasha Roiz).

Whew. That was much.

Basically Nick comes from a long line of Grimm's in his family, and they hunt "fairytale" creatures and more. He is the only one that can see what creatures people really are unless the people choose to show their true selves. Most of the creatures are afraid of Grimm's because they have a history of killing them, but Nick is very different including the fact that he is a cop. In the mix with this Captain Renard is also a creature but more importantly part of a Royal Family that wants to bring back "their" world. There are many things to love about the show from the beautiful scenery, to the various creatures, and the quirky characters like Monroe. At first the show was pretty simple with some creature attacking someone and Nick would eventually figure it out. However it's gotten more complex now since Nick knows more and the Royal family becoming adamant about bringing back "their" world with a key that Nick holds.
___________________________________________________________________________________

Verdict: If you want your traditional fairytale creatures with a spin and a bit more check this out. It's really interesting and the way everything is mixed is fantastic. I only give it an 8 out of 10 because sometimes it's a bit slow, but still very good.

*Unfortunately I didn't catch it last night but trust me I will! Next episode you'll soon read something from me.

Grimm, Movie Extras, & Being in South Africa

  I know my dear children,

I haven't updated in a while, but do not fear. I was sick earlier this week and have been busy with the PSAT, GHSWT( Georgia High School Writing Test), and general college info. However  I have some things I have been dying to post about. Such as my second TV Addiction: Grimm. I will make a post about that, and this movie I saw really called Sarafina(Although it is a bit old but very good), another great movie screening source, and this super cool opportunity at my school where I may be in a film! Also expect post about Moonrise Kingdom and A Monster a Paris, movies I have been waiting to review for you guys.

 Stay Tuned!

Another Great Short..Film Of Course

Red Rabbit!

This is an interesting 8 minute short about a man and his big, big ,big ,big rabbit situation. He tries to hide it from his neighbors especially his female companion, but it becomes difficult to do especially when it's about as large as an elephant. Now yes, it may seem a little childish but it's a true joy to watch and interesting to see what is going on with his neighbor as well....

If you have watched it, what do you think? Did you find it funny? Or did were surprised at the ending as much as I was? If you have any shorts you've seen that are interesting or like this feel free to leave a note behind.

*If you want to see more shorts check out this website: Short of the week

Delicious Addiction: Once Upon A Time

Cast of Once Upon A Time

Creator: Edward Kitsis, Adam Horowitz
Genre:Fantasy,Drama,Adventure,Mystery
Starring: Ginnifer Goodwin, Jennifer Morrison,Lana Parilla,Josh Dallas,Raphael Sbarge,Jamie Dornan, Jared S. Gilmore,Robert Carlyle,Eion Bailey,Meghan Ory,Emilie De Ravin
*9/10
___________________________________________________________________

To be quite honest their are only about three TV shows that I religiously watch and Once Upon A Time is one of them. I naturally gravitate towards shows with some supernatural or fantasy element because I find it very interesting. When I first saw the promo of Once Upon A Time I didn't think much of it but as I began watching it thanks to my fashion teacher, Mr. Martinez, I fell in love.

To me is effortlessly intertwines the fantasy realm of the Enchanted Forest and modern day Story Brook. I love the flashes between their past lives and how they are now. What I love most is how the characters have back stories and plot twist that makes it much more difficult to see who is the bad guy. For example Regina, is probably the most hated character because she is the evil queen. She ruins people's lives and has a love for hurting people. However they showed her background story and she was a sweet innocent girl who only wanted to marry her true love, a stable boy, but her mother was power hungry which changed Regina's life forever.

If you truly want to see a show with her favorite fairytale characters, plot twist, drama, action, adventure..gahh! This show has about a bit of everything. It's great to watch for all ages and has something for everyone. The only..only thing I would say could be improved is the graphics.

I mean seriously look at the grass and sky.

Sometimes it's so unrealistic me and my sister laugh at it. Other than that it's a go for sure.

 *Spoilers below*

Last Night's Episode! October 14,2012, "The Lady of the Lake"

Unfortunately I missed a bit of the beginning of it but I got home to see a majority. The parts I loved most from this episode were:

  •  When Regina got the call from Henry. It showed the softer side of Regina which I always love to see. It's so difficult for me to choose if I favor Regina or Snow White because of Regina's pre- rage history.
  • When Snow killed the ogre. It was completely bad-ass and the look on Emma's face was priceless.
  • Charming's mother gave her life so her son could start a family. I wasn't really expecting this especially when Snow figured out that Lancelot and Charming's mother conspired to make sure her curse was broken. It was sad but a little momentous at the same time.
I'm interested to see what Cora will do in the next episode with the dust? Will she magically rebuild the tree? Will she get to Henry? Is Regina actually looking for redemption? How will Emma and Snow Escape? The show leaves many questions to be asked. What do you think? Are their any thoughts about what will happen in the next episode or is their anything you've wondered? Leave a comment!

Taken 2

 Director: Olivier Megaton
Producer: Luc Besson
Starring: Liam Neeson, Maggie Grace, Famke Janssen, and Rade Serbedzija
Plot: A man in the CIA saves his daughter after being kidnapped but now the Albanians are after him.
* 7/10
 ______________________________________________________________________________

If I were to describe Taken 2 into one sentence it would be this: It's a bit of your average kidnapped movie with a twist. I cannot fairly judge the movie because I have not seen the first one, but since I can view this as a stand alone film it was very slightly above average. It has some of your common kidnapped movie themes: a parent who was militarily or worked at a government facility, the damsel who gets saved right at the brink of dead, and the bad guy ( For some reason they are always usually foreign). However as I was watching it I really began to enjoy it more when his daughter, Kim, decided she didn't want to be a wuss and saved her parents.

She became a bit stronger and with her dad's help showed that she can be strong as well. Liam Neeson playing the main role, was superb as usual. I first saw him I Schindler's list and was captivated by his performance. He played a direct no nonsense character but they were about three light moments throughout the film.

Overall the movie itself wasn't long and didn't feel long either. It was a nice short watch and if you want to watch something that's fairly different with the female lead it's a great movie.

Verdict: This is your slightly above average typical kidnapped movie. If you want action, a female lead who gets tough, and love Liam Neeson as an actor check this out.

What did you guys think of the movie? Did you love it as much as the first one or think it was better? Did you like the plot? Do you think their will be a Taken 3 in the making? I would love to hear your opinion so feel free to comment!

Don't be Miserable for Les Miserables

Les Miserables

As many of you know the book Les Miserables is being adapted into a movie. For me this is very exciting news because for the longest time  I had the book in my house, my father has a big collection, and on many occasions I tried to read it but just could not. Since I've gotten more interested in reading again I'm giving it another shot and I now know because of my age at that time (I'm sixteen now) I was too naive to understand it.

Now I am really excited for the movie and I look forward to reading it now.In the trailer Anne Hathaway's singing is so emotional I nearly cried. It feels so real and genuine that I hope the movie is as impacting as the trailer.
The book I read previously was a good "intellectual scavenger hunt" called Angleology. As I read this book in preparation for the movie I hope to try to read a bit more of Anna Karenina although I'm quite sure I won't finish before the movie comes out. I'm a big fan of period pieces (Atonement, The Painted Veil, etc.) so I love when movies like this are made. For those who have not heard of Anna Karenina I will post the trailer below.

Film Screenings+Websites

Film screening in Vancouver,CA

One thing I recently found out about was film screening! As I become more interested interested in film(and hopefully next semester I get my History of Film class!) I've realized film screenings are great opportunities. So Iv'e decided to create this list for people who want to snag some tickets like me. Since I do live in Atlanta in the future I hope to have more information on film screenings occuring here.

1.)Film Metro
http://www.filmmetro.com/

This website is not very fancy or visually appealing and only has a list of cities. If you don't live in one of the city areas this may not be the best website for you. They have Albany(NY), Atlanta, San Diego, etc. However this website does give you free tickets and by entering your friends email address you can get them tickets too!

2)Gofobo
http://www.gofobo.com/

What is really great about this website is that you can type in your zipcode, the radius, and select the movie you want. They also have sweepstakes and recent movie related news. This is great for people that do not live in a major city.

3)Advancescreenings
http://advancescreenings.com/

This website allows you to type in a state or movie, and tells you how to get passes. For the Atlantians their are many movie screenings occuring this week, but most of them are private showings.

4)This website has a longer list of websites and is very recent:
http://webfloss.com/free-movie-screenings/

For the one of the websites the authr has created an account so you can even preview the movies before signing up for the website.

And for those who do not wish to search for this information and would rather watch it online I will make a post of good websites to watch movie and tv shows.

If you have any movie request, tv request, or etc. feel free to leave a comment.

 Where do I begin?
Looper is a very great movie however I do still feel slightly confused about the time travel concept. Everything is explained in the movie so if you watch it you may most likely understand. The main things I liked about the movie was the concept itself and towards the end,for me, it became really heartbreaking when you see what Bruce Willis's character does. It was action packed with a lot of blood and shooting but tells a deeper story of how having love in your life can change your entire destiny.

The movie starts of with young Joe(Joseph Gordon-Levitt) doing his job which is shooting people from the future and he gets paid from the silver they have on their back. Eventually his future self arrives but instead of shooting him he's in awe and his future self( portrayed by Bruce Willis) beats him up and gets away. This is a huge problem because if it is found out you let a future person go you can be killed. His future self later on in the movie tells him of a man named "Rainman" and he is furious at him because he killed his wife. The "Rainman" a the present day is only ten years old and with a medical code he got from the future he finds that one of three kids could be him. When the Looper police catch the two Joe's down at a diner young Joe has one of the addresses's and future Joe has two. I do not want to give away the ending but the Rainman is found and that's all I can say.

Verdict: If you want an action packed sci-fi movie with deep undertones check this out. Also Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Emily Blunt's performances are amazing. If you love those two as actors check this out. In general I think everyone can enjoy this movie even if you're not into sci-fi.

Before I really watched Supernatural it scared me. I would literally run t the next rm because I was afraid of what I would see. Not that I'm a little older( only sixteen) I decided to give it a watch and I love the show.
The main aspects of the show I love the most are: learning about the supernatural people/creatures, the energy between Sam and Dean, and the action. I think they are both talented actors and the creator made this gem before supernatural TV shows and movies( Grimm, Once Upon A Time, etc.) came out. It truly is unique in the way it's presented and in each episode their is always something new and completely different. I don't feel their are any real downfalls to the show, however I am only on Season two.

My favorite brother is probably Sam. I feel his perspective on everything is always fro a view where he's trying to keep both good and evil in balance. He's always willing to sacrifice himself to save others, and because of his "destiny" it has made him more aware of his job as a hunter. I do also really like Dean because he always gets straight to the point unlike Sam who has a moment of deliberation. The show is very funny at times as well and the bloopers are literally the best I've ever seen.

Verdict: If you love horror/supernatural films with a bit of drama and humor this is for you. Also please check out the bloopers they are hilarious.
